Valentine Party Held, Smoky Lake

Exclusive to the Edmonton Bulletin,

SMOKY LAKE, Feb. 22 - The Smoky Lake High school students held a Valentine party in Mr. Goreski's room last Firday evening. The room was tastily decorated with hearts and valentine greetings. Games and clever stunts filled the evening under the capable leadership of I. Goreski and Mr. Rodomsky. The adults present were well entertained, after which dainty refreshments brought a pleasant evening to close.

The February meeting of the W. M. S. was held at the Nurses' home, with six members present. After hymns and prayer Mrs. Anderson took the scripture lesson while Miss Laycock outlined the second chapter of the study book "From Jerusalem to Jerusalem."

It was decided to continue the multiplication teas for the summer. Miss Mansfield was appointed delegate to Bellis presbyterial. The next meeting will be held the third Thursday in March at the Nurses' home.
